WHY WE EXIST

Construction is a $2.1 trillion industry in the U.S., making up nearly 5% of GDP. It builds our physical world, yet its systems are fragmented, manual, and disconnected. The industry relies on spreadsheets, PDFs, calls, and tribal knowledge, causing friction in product discovery, quoting, and procurement. This fragmentation is costly: up to 30% of project costs are lost to waste, much of it due to poor material management and procurement errors. Teams spend 68 project management hours per $100,000 of goods—about twice that of similar industries—while nearly half of contractors report idle labor from material delays.

OUR VISION

​We believe construction materials commerce should be intelligent and connected by default. Parspec is building an agentic platform for the construction supply chain - combining product intelligence, a connected ecosystem, and AI-powered workflows. By using AI to handle complex, unstructured requests like reading drawings, finding new products, etc and a platform to connect a fragmented ecosystem, we're eliminating waste across the entire supply chain. We are changing how the industry buys and sells construction materials for the next century.
